Notes
The ingredients in this recipe are written to make (8) 12 oz mocktails. The step by step instructions explain how much to use per mocktail. I do not recommend mixing all of the ingredients for all eight mocktails together at the same time or you will not end up with the flavor you're looking for. Add more of the simple syrup and macerated strawberries for a sweeter drink. I just prefer to stick with a little less in case people don’t want their drink quite as sweet.Make the simple syrup ahead of time and keep it in the fridge in an airtight container until you’re ready to pour the drinks. This will make more simple syrup than you need for eight mocktails (it'll make about 1 1/2 cups), the simple syrup will keep for up to two weeks in the fridge. Mix the drinks right before serving for the best flavor. The ice in these will water them down if made and held for long. If you are making ahead of time, add the ice second, right before serving.
